Cancellation Policy
Once the online video email has been sent, full refunds are no longer available. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled. For cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled class, please contact the agency directly. If a second cancellation occurs, it will be treated as a no-show, and a 50% refund will be issued upon request.
